Comments:
Allowing businesses to cheaply disturb the peace by ringing phones in private residences of unwilling victims is morally wrong. Legitimizing it would be evil. Don't do it. The simple acts of subscribing to phone service and doing business should not subject a person to mechanical harassment in their private residence. Don't legitimize such harassment. Thank you, --Glenn Brown
