I would like to add my concern to changing the DO NOT CALL LIST. I am totally against this !!!! We didn't establish this list only to be bombarded by new technological advancement. Internet calling must not be allowed to enter our homes!!! How much spam do we need in our lives? We don't need never ending cost free telemarketers invading our computers. Congress took action once to stop this. Please don't allow this loophole to be created. I don't want to be contacted at all by these people! I don't want them to have an option to even ask me to opt out of their calls. I don't want them, at all !! Please stop this from happening. Thank You, Wayne W. Alberts
