I am against opening the loophole in the Do Not Call Registry! I signed up to avoid telemarketing calls including these prerecorded messages! My business phone is tied up by these calls. When I am out of town and check my messages, I have to pay long distance charges while I listen to and erase these messages that I did not want. If I want to talk to these people on the phone, I will call them! Please do not allow these changes!
