I am opposed to your allowing telemarketers to deliver prerecorded messages. I see no difference between a prerecorded message and one delivered by a live telemarketer. I consider either type of call to be an intrusion on my privacy. I also think this may lead to more calls since prerecorded call would, I am sure, be generated by computer. If your present rules governing telemarketing are in opposition to FCC rules, maybe the FCC rules should be brought in line with the FTC’s. I want NO telemarketing calls.
