I am aggressively opposed to allowing any "loopholes" in the no call program, paricularly this recorded message scam. It is harrassment and a form of psycological bullying and is unacceptable. Here in Colorado we worked long and hard and invested greatly in our efforts to stop unsolicited sales calls, and for most of us, charities and political parties should have been included. Nobody I know needs or wants anyone, especially strangers, calling them and advising them of "great cousin deals" or their need for donations or their political opinions. We don't need strangers telling us what to think and what to want and what we need and how special their charity is and what our political leanings should be and ...........particularly while interrupting our peace and quiet in the privacy of our homes. This just a desperate camel's nose under the tents edge. NO LOOPHOLES OF ANY KIND...PERIOD ! Thank you S Taylor
