Bad idea. The DNC rules should be TIGHTENED, not loosened. I already get lots of calls and mail from companies that I have specifically asked not to have sent to me, all under the guise of "a previous business relationship". The FTC should be ashamed of itself for allowing this. And now it proposes to allow more. Just whose side is the FTC on anyway? I thought it was the citizen's side. Silly me. Apparently I exist only to buy more stuff from those who buy more lobbying power with the FTC.
