I believe it is irresponsible of the FTC to amend the rules for Telemarketing in FAVOR OF the Direct Marketing Association. Finally the No Call List is working and you want to go back to square one with "Recorded Calls" being made the Exception. "What do you think is going to happen when these Telemarketing Vulchers start stuffing our answering machines and start our constant march to answer the phone?" I thought this problem was solved and now you want to start it up all over again. SHAME ON YOU!!!
