I appreciate very much my new ability to place myself on the national "do not call" registry. Any rules that dilute the effectiveness of the registry, including the proposed rule above, is not supported by me. By placing my name on the do not call registry I believe I am communicating to anyone who will listen that I do not want the telephone equipment that I have purchased and pay service fees on to be used for solicitation by others.
