Comments:
Please do not abuse the public's trust by allowing marketers to use the do-not-call list as a directory of numbers to whom they can market. Provisions like this "existing business relationship" will be twisted and distorted to the detriment of the consumer. The registry is working as it was meant to. Please do not give citizens yet another reason to distrust any government measure by allowing corporate interests to use this to their own advantage.
