When I signed up on the DO NOT CALL Registry it was because I did not want to be solicited by phone by ANYONE regardless of whether I have ever had an "established business relationship" with the seller. That could mean if I ever shopped at any such business. I want NO calls, either by recorded message or by a person, and NO FAXES. I am sure that is the preference of the vast majority of people who put their names and numbers in the registry. Keep it simple: If my name is in the registry, DON'T CALL ME! If I change my position I will remove my name from the Registry. (Which is not going to happen!)
