As a citizen who enrolled in both the National Do-Not-Call List and the Texas Do-Not-Call List, I find it abhorrent that this measure even merits consideration. Since enrolling, my household no longer receives unsolicited calls. We have enjoyed the silence. This measure threatens that state of quiet. Please, consider DISAPPROVING this measure.
