I do NOT want to have any pre-recorded messages coming to my telephone. I had "many" from local political advocates, and it was very irratating. I want this regulation to remain as strict and tight as orginally intended. I resent receiving calls that are not of personal nature. I work long hours, and when I am home, I have every right to not be "invaded" by the ringing of the phone from unknown persons. If there are services or charities of interest to me, I can surly find them on my own power thru the internet or the telephone book, or my work site. What will it take to keep this enforced? Does the little guy have a chance against corporate money? Let's hope so.
