The FTC did a BRILLIANT job when they created the Do-Not-Call list, please do NOT go through with the propsed changes. If people I do business with want to call, they already know how to do it through the mail, with forms for me to sign. Please Keep the current rules They are effective and I do not want answering machiens full of prerecorded solicitations, esp when I work the EARLY AM shift and am kept awake by phone solicitors and having my answering machined full of multiple messages eating up my answering machine memory. Thanks and keep up the GREAT work
