I understand that there is an opportunity for telemarketers to reach our home with a pre recorded message. WHY?? As you are well aware, the purpose for a Do Not Call list is to advert telemarketers from interrupting dinner, gatherings, study time, those who sleep at odd hours. With all due respect, if I am looking for a service, I will either ask for references from family, friends, or co-workers or look in the Yellow Pages or go on line. PLEASE do not allow this loophole to become yet another annoyance for those of us who wish to be left alone. Respectfully submitted.
