I think this change is a bad idea. I personally don't want to be annoyed by recorded messages. I also believe this change will be the start of changes that eventually repeal the do not call registry. I have a phone for my convience not for the use of telemarketers to harass me with unwanted phone calls selling stuff I don't want. They won't let you off the phone if you are courtieous and they continue to harass you if you just hang up on them. I think the laws should be changed to make it illegal for charities and political organizations to call as well.
