I am not in favor of allowing pre-recorded messages to be made. I have received over 25 such messages during the recent presidential campaign. I find these messages to contain little or no value to the consumer and there is no way to stop them (since no person is on the other end of the phone.) The calls I have received came at all times of the day and night. I find them invasive, impersonal and useless. Please do not allow pre-recorded messages to be allowed.
