To whom it may concern: I am not in favor of any consideration of any proposed changes to the present Do Not Call list. I hope the commisson stands firm and does not approve anything that will allow any "loopholes" for "pre-recorded message telemarketing". I do not want to be a target for "answering machine spam." Thank you.
