No way! It's called the "DO NOT CALL" list for a reason: I don't want any calls from telemarketers -- not even pre-recorded messages from businesses with whom I may or may not have an "established business relationship." And you know that definition can be stretched to absurdity. This rule is not in keeping with the original law and should not be adopted.
