Please do not allow anyone to make any calls to me, not even prerecorded messages from organizations with which I have an existing business relationship. When I placed my phone number on the "Do Not Call" list I signed up for no unsolicited calls. I personally find prerecorded calls more distasteful than calls with a person. I also fear that by allowing calls such as this that the list and loophole will be exploited to allow calls to be made to my "Do Not Call" listed number when only a very tenuous "established business relationship" exists. I urge you to keep "Do Not Call" as a list without exceptions.
