Please do not change the rules to allow pre-recorded messages to invade the privacy of our homes. I still get many phone calls even though I put my name on the Do Not Call List on the first day. Most recently Comcast called my house 20 days in a row (including Sundays) to solicit my interest in using their cable service because afterall, I already have their phone service. When I get around to it, I am going to get new phone service. I feel like these people are stalking me! If you do anything with the rules, make them stronger with bigger penalties for these people. I do not want anyone calling me to sell me something. I already get calls about mortgages (I don't have one), time share properties (I don't want one) and all kinds of stuff. I wish you could stop this completely and not create any loopholes for these horrible people. Leave me alone!
