How meaningful is the Do Not Call registry if the Commission is now ready to create a loophole allowing companies to send prerecorded message telemarketing? Agency folks: Get the message. We don't want unsolicted telemarketing coming into our private homes. If the FTC won't protect us from this unsolicited assault, who will?
