Please do not open this up to telemarketers. I can't get them to stop as it is and I am on the FTC do not call list. They ignore it and don't care. Any opening you give them will increase unwanted calls 100 fold. I have had 2 pre-recorded messages yesterday alone saying they are in compliance with this new rule, and it isn't even a rule yet. The numbers that called were 216-529-3099, and a caller id blocked call
