This is the most ridiculous loophole I've seen. What is the purpose of the no-call list, if it can be so easily circumvented? Having my home invaded by a "pre-recorded" voice is, if anything, even more annoying than being invaded by real live persons. Once again, a sign of an agency being taken over by the industries it is supposed to regulate.
