How can one regulate a 3% of the total calls in a 30 day period? Isn't this creating more work, rather than simplifing the TSR? I feel this amendment is opening a crack in the bill for further intrusion of our privacy. I do not support it. And I hope I do not recieve automated messages ever. As these also take away from customer service jobs, I would not support a system where it would be legal to lay off people so that I would get worse service. Thank you for hearing me.
