I am opposed to any changes in the do not call rules that open up any loopholes. In particular, I am opposed to the proposed loopholes that would allow telemarketers to leave prerecorded messages on my telephone answering machine. I also don't want them allowed on my cell phone. I am not paying for advertising. It also violates my privacy.
