Comments:
We strongly object to allowing prerecorded telemarketing messages to be delivered to American homes. We object to the creation of a loophole in the terms of the Do Not Call Registry whereby companies could deliver pre-recorded messages. We urge you not to alter the current rules of the Do Not Call list.
