As to the above listed changes. It is imparative that these rules NOT be changed and in fact be strengthened. To do as above changes suggest would in fact defeat the whole purpose of the Do-Not-Call law. Under no sircumstance should this be allowed to happen. As currntly written, the Do-Not-Call list is one of a very few things to come out of the goverment in years that is trully working to the betterment of all with telephone service in the country.
