This proposed amendment violates the spirit of the original law and will create a large loophole for telemarketers. An existing business relationship can be pretty hard to define with some of the large companies. I can understand this to an extent if its limited to specific instances of account activity I have with an existing account. You should also provide a provision for opting out of this additional intrusion.
