This is the most screwed (maybe the f word is better suited here) up thing I have ever heard. Legally calling people who do not wish to be called! This defeats the entire purpose of the do not call list. I do not want to be called by anybody trying to sell me anything whether I have a business relationship with them or not. It is hard to opt out of automated spam. Even if the option exists it is just a painful procedure.
