I signed up for the Do-Not-Call list because I do not want to receive telephone solicitations of any type, regardless of whether it is delivered live or by a prerecorded message. Prerecorded calls are intrusive and ineffective. I would further support adding political parties and charities to those agencies that must comply with the restrictions of the do not call list. Therefore, I wish to express my strong opposition to this proposed rule change.
