I view any unsolicited calls, whether by person or computer, to be a nuisance. If I want or need a service, I am capable of finding this service without being bombarded with phone calls from businesses. Please leave the ruling as it is - it seems to be working right now. I have noticed a significant decrease in annoying phone calls, Thank You, Cynthia Alford
