I do not want this passed. I still receive unknown/unavailable calls and the majority of those are hang-ups. I still receive solicitation from businesses I've ordered from in the past as well as people solicitating donations. I don't anymore people calling let alone a prerecorded message. That's even more annoying than an actual person. Please do not let this pass.
