Please do not allow pre-recorded messages from telemarketers even if a consumer has a pre-established business relationship. I do not want any telemarketer calls at all. I work from my home and interruptions from telemarkers cost me money. This is just a loophole that the telemarketers will use to their benefit to find a way to say that every consumer has a pre-established relationship with some firm or parent company etc. Do not allow this to happen!
