I vigorously oppose this proposed weakening of the TSR. Recorded calls were the worst of the insults heaped upon us by telemarketers and should be outlawed entirely--including for "charitable" and political bodies. (I know the law was structured by Congress and you have no control over these two exceptions.) Please do not allow recorded calls.
