The only people who would want to loosen up the criteria of the calls that routinely interupt our privacy are the companies themselves. Please DO NOT allow for any loopholes. Besides, what people are convinced by a recording to buy anything? I'm absolutely sure research would show it's only a form of harrassment with no results for the companies...it's a no brainer.
