No to this proposal... Please do not at any time open up any loopholes what-so-ever in the Do Not Call legislation. Any Constitutional right of free speech does not include the right to invade the privacy and sanctity of my home without my permission. The allowance for even one new loophole to this legislation will set the precedence for more loopholes...this is the history of the United States tax code as you should know. I must tell you that I remain extremely pleased with the results of the Do Not Call legislation as it was originally passed. Now when I hear the phone ringing I no longer suffer mental anguish but instead have the best of expectations that I will be talking to someone that I want to talk to. Gratefully, Rick Lowden
