The do-not-call rules are working. I haven't been so happy. Why would you even consider changing something that works unless special interest money is influencing your decisions? I DO NOT WANT TO BE TELEMARKETED TOO! I will sever a business relationship with a business if they do start calling. Prerecorded messages are even worse that a real person. Why a 3% abanden rate? Make it zero! Why should I be inconvienenced so someone else can make money?
