A do-not-call list is for people that do not wish to receive any unsolicited calls, recorded or not. I received many recorded calls from candidates on the last presidential election and I do not want any of these recorded calls. When are you people ever going to realize that most of us want privacy. I am paying for my phone, not a telemarketer. Charge every telemarketer a fee for each call they make and see how fast the calls drop off.
