I sure don't want telemarketers calling me! I think it is an invasion of my privacy. This is my private phone line that I pay quite dear for. I also have the additional cost of caller ID in an attempt to filter them out. I further feel if the FTC is going to wave their magic wand and let these unwanted parasites continue their harrasment the FTC should pay for my phone service. Give some consideration to the rights of the people instead of taking pay offs from the telemarketers. I would think that any telemarketer that invades my privacy should be able to be sued for doing so.
