I am very disturb by the proposed change to allow a "loop[hole" option for telemarketing. The whole purpose is to stop telemarketing calls, not to give them a loop hole into my privacy. Telemarketing calls are nothing but a bother and an intrusion into my private world as small as that is. Please do not allow this loop-hole to be opened up. Thank you
