Do not water down the do not call legislation. I do not want unsolicited calls from anyone, period, end of discussion! Why would you pass legislation to create a do not call list and then turn around and create exceptions that would allow certain entities to do the very thing people were wanting to stop when they signed onto the do not call list. If people want unsolicited calls simply allow them to unsubscribe from the do not call list.
