When I purchased a cellular telephone I was under the impression that I would not have to put up with sales, survey, political and any other unwanted informational calls. It is expensive enough to use any phone without having some unwanted caller taking up my expensive minutes. If I want someone to call me, I will give them my cellular number. I do not want this LOOP HOLE AMENDMENT passed.
