I oppose the looppole suggested to allow pre-recorded messages from telemarketers. We are on the Federal Do Not Call List for a reason. My family time is too precious to me to be interupted by any advertising or survey. If I need to buy something, I will research it and make my own calls to businesses. Thank you.
