I think this proposed ammendment is rediculous. If I sign on to the do not call list, I do not want to recieve telemarketing calls period. If you want a "Its OK to call if I have an established business relationship" list in addition to the do not call list, that would be OK, but I would be willing to bet that that list would never get called!
