When I enrolled in the national do-not-call registry, that is exactly what I meant; do not call. That includes pre-recorded message telemarketing. The agency overseeing the national do-not-call registry should not allow companies to deliver pre-recorded message telemarketing to those individuals (such as myself) who are on the national do-not-call registry.
