I do not agree with amending this rule to allow prerecorded messages from those businesses I have previously had a business relationship with. I find it extremely annoying to get calls, prerecorded or otherwise, from my long distance company, companies I have previously purchased merchandise from, or even my insurance company trying to get me to mail order prescriptions. I am well aware of these companies and if I need these services I will contact them. I feel these calls are an invasion of my privacy and I highly resent them.
