Please reject the proposed rule change. Despite being on the Do Not Call Registry, we are already receiving many prerecorded telemarketing messages. They fill up our answering machine because of their length and require time to process. I can't imagine any way to opt out of prerecorded messages; at the least, one would need to listen to the entire message before being offered such an opportunity. Rather than adding loopholes to this program, we would like more of them to be closed.
