What is the purpose of a do not call list if companies are still allowed to use the numbers on it? It comes as a waste of time and money to create a do not call list then allow people to be called. No calls means no calls. The FTC should stop whoring themselves to the rich corporations that quench their thirst of money. Massive cancellation of phone service would force lobbying of telecom's with more money to stop allowing the invasion of our privacy!
