Since I am paying for my phone service I should be able to decide what I do or do not want coming into my home, If I need a service I'll call for it. Lets knock off the phony crap, you either have a NO CALL LIST program or you don't, we do not need any EXCEPT FOR or everything BUT type of rule, Either go by the list or do away with it, No half way measures.
