I consider people calling my house to solicit business a violation of my privacy. If I want to purchase something, hire someone, or donate to something I will call them. As soon as I heard of the National Do Not Call list I signed up for it - for that very reason. Prerecorded messages are no different than a live person calling me ... it is annoying and a total waste of my time! Please do not pass this loop hole. If you do, millions of Americans will be bombarded with prerecorded messages on a very regular basis. These telemarketing companies will stop at nothing. Or if need be create another list that people can sign up for to stop prerecorded messages from being delivered to their home phones. Thank you, Heidi Noel Intzegian
